As General Manager of PriFi, you’ll drive our mission to build exceptional companies. You’ll power the operational engine of our venture-building process, ensuring every idea is tested, every team is top-tier, and every spin-out is set up to succeed. Key Responsibilities

• Lead PriFi’s venture-building engine by overseeing the exploration, validation, and spin-out of high-potential ideas—ensuring alignment with our sector focus—while driving operations, optimising resources, and integrating AI tools to accelerate development.

• Build and mentor top-tier teams, creating a culture of ownership and excellence, and coordinate capital, partnerships, and support for new ventures.

• Partner with the core team and stakeholders to refine playbooks, track performance with data-driven KPIs, and embody our values of aiming high and winning together.
